• Install CPython 3.12 through uv so tests and Ruff run on the ARM64 runner; align pytest-asyncio with the Home Assistant test dependency.
• Run Hassfest and HACS on the repo-scoped amd64 runner with isolated Docker-in-Docker and pinned upstream container images.
• Remove the obsolete v0.6.0-only publishing workflow.

Verification

Forgejo Actions run #51 passed:

• 93 pytest tests
• Ruff
• Home Assistant Hassfest
• HACS validation (10 checks)

The HACS action reads the public GitHub repository because HACS uses GitHub APIs. It uses anonymous read access since Forgejo's built-in token is not a GitHub API token; this validates the currently public GitHub main, not a divergent Forgejo branch.

The published Forgejo v0.7.0 release and tag remain unchanged.
